Which Countries Whizzer Can Ship to?
We can ship our product to most countries for free.
You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We have two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping: Free for most countries/areas.
DHL Express: Via DHL Express is 5-50 USD depending on your country. If your order is over 200 USD, DHL Express Shipping is free.
How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order After I Place It?
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. On normal day, once your package has been shipped out：
For standard shipping, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive after it has been shipped. For some countries, it may take 2-3 months, depending on your country and its customs procedures. The time for shipping is out of our control.
For DHL Express shipping, it takes about 3-7 days to deliver the package after shipment.
*Note: Shipping time may be affected due to holidays, mass promotions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Warranty & Returns
7-Day Return Policy
If you do not like a product you have purchased, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note: Eartips doesn’t apply to the free return policy.
1 Year Warranty
Whizzer offers a 1-year warranty on headphones, cables, and DAC/AMP. Eartips and gifts that come with the product are not covered by the warranty. To request a warranty or to confirm if your product is eligible for return/warranty, please contact us.
The warranty does not cover private DIY products, just as the warranty will end if you make changes to the software or hardware without Whizzer’s authorization.

For items that were delivered damaged, incorrect or faulty, you will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of delivery.
You will need to provide conclusive evidence of any problems you are experiencing. Whizzer will help you determine the problem and may cover the shipping costs for the agreed upon amount. Whizzer has always been trusted by consumers for its easy refund process, but please do not use this right in bad faith, either to Whizzer or to you.
Note: Shipping costs are not refundable if the product is free of any manufacturer’s defects.
